What is Kenmore's Gross Operating Income?
The attached schedule is a draft, but it gives an idea of how different the tax base can be between cities.
Kenmore has gross revenues of $8.9 million with local residents paying 72%.
Woodinville has almost half the population of Kenmore, but they enjoy 47% higher revenues and local residents pay less tax at 43.3%.
Mountlake Terrace has a similar population size to Kenmore, but enjoy slightly higher revenues, while local residents pay only 54.9%.
Lynnwood's population is 78% larger then Kenmore's, but they have 3.5 times greater revenue and local residents pay less in total taxes.
Brier has very little money, but they pay significantly less tax, and have safer streets with more sidewalks.
